Samsung has announced its new Android smartphone, the Galaxy core. Samsung Galaxy core has a 4.3-inch screen with a resolution of 480 × 800 pixels. Smartphone with a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, running Android4.1 jelly beans and features Samsung's TouchWiz interface layer.

Samsung Galaxy core supports 5-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera. It provides 8GB of built-in storage space can be expanded through microSD card. It also offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, and GPS connectivity options. The phone is equipped with a 1800 mAh battery.

Samsung has announced that the Galaxy Core will be available in two different versions – a single-SIM version which would be available from July and a dual-SIM version that would start selling from May, depending on the market.

There are no official words on price yet.
