- Customers can take advantage of this offer, by calling 0800-8-0800 or visit your nearest PTCL One-stop service (OSS). You can go to the nearest PTCL exchange, if you do not have OSS in your area.
- Has been disconnected, the PTCL telephone service, January 31, 2013 will not be eligible for this offer.
- PTCL will not receive any recovery fee, it will not receive any installation costs PTCL. However, you will have to pay only 50% of the outstanding amount of the lump sum to restore your service.
- Outstanding bills can not be paid in installments.
- PTCL can’t guarantee that customers will get the same old number.
- All other the PTCL services (such as broadband, intelligent TV), you can take advantage of additional standard tariff.
