replacement and priority customer services.
All
you have to do is to maintain an average of consuming at least Rs. 2000
balance on your Telenor connection in a month and Telecor will make you
its Golden customer.
Maintain
this consumption for at least two months and you will get a special SMS
from TelenorGold with options to select your reward from. Follow the
instruction on SMS and choose your reward from a special IVR.
After
you have selected your reward, sit back and wait for another SMS from
Telenor that will land on your mobile within a month time.
Show
the SMS at select points to get your reward. For example, if you are
visiting a Telenor customer center, show the SMS and you will get the
priority treatment and free SIM replacement, but, once in a month…:).
That means you need to spend Rs. 4,000 in two months and then wait for
another month before you get your reward. Interesting…isn’t it?
